| Why are some of the report links on the screen gray and inaccessible? |

All reports are accessible for those under paid plans. However, if you are signed up for the free plan you are only eligible to receive the Summary, Hourly Traffic and Index Log reporting capabilities and therefore the other reporting capabilities are inaccessible.
