Frequently Asked Question #119
Can FusionBot automatically suggest search terms when visitors begin typing in my search box?
Starting with our Bronze level of service, FusionBot can provide to your visitors 'Search as you type' functionality.

Our search box autocomplete feature will automatically suggest keywords based on terms/phrases in your index, sorted by term length and popularity.

Search box autocomplete increases the productivity of your visitor's searches by ensuring that their search terms yield fruitful (successful) matches, based on the actual content of your pages, resulting in a more satisfying user experience. For eCommerce customers, this means increased potential for converting a visitor into a customer.

To see this feature in action, begin typing in our search box in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.

Most importantly, FusionBot does NOT charge a penny extra for this feature! To enable, select the 'search autocomplete' menu item via the 'customization' tab in your account.
