Frequently Asked Question #121
Can I implement a "quick search" feature for my eCommerce site that displays, in real-time, as my visitors type, a visual preview, including product thumbnails and pricing information for matching items?
Ecommerce site search customers can configure their search box to display a drop-down menu, directly below the search box input area, which includes a quick "preview" of matching items, with configurable content such as a product thumbnail, pricing, etc.

Customers can then select one of the top matching items directly from the list provided without ever having to submit a search against your content, and instead, be taken directly to the content page on your site for additional information, and most importantly, provide quick access to the click the 'add to cart' button.

FusionBot's Quick Search auto-preview feature has been proven to increase ROI and customer conversion for ecommerce product sites as compared to traditional 'search as you type' text based functionality.
