When I click on my company logo, either on the search results or sitemap page, why does the link not work as intended?

It is likely that the default / start page was entered incorrectly during the sign-up process. Please login to your account, select the 'Account' / 'Change Domain Path' option in the left-hand navigation menu, and modify the name of your starting page to correct the problem. The most common error is to type the file extension incorrectly such as index.html versus index.htm.

To increase the efficiency of our spider, we ask you to specify the name of your start page. However, if our spider is unable to connect to the specified location, it will automatically re-try without including a page name. It most cases, the web server will respond with the default page. As a result, your index will still be built successfully, however the starting page specified during sign-up will still be used for the hyperlinks to your default page on the search results and sitemap pages.

After correcting the problem, you must request a spider or wait for a scheduled auto-refresh for the changes to take effect.
