Why does my company logo or background image not display even though I specified them during the customization process?

While executing the Customization process, if after clicking the preview button, your company logo or background images are not displayed correctly, there is a problem with the specified image URL.

The URL you enter for the images should be an absolute link to a location on the Web where your images are stored. These images must be stored in a publicly accessible location on the Web. In addition, the location specified should point directly to a valid image file and NOT to a .htm or .html file that contains the image. Below are a few examples:

Incorrect:

  • /images/logo.gif
  • https://www.logika.net/images.htm
Correct:
  • https://www.namedroppers.com/images/logo.jpg

If, after verifying that the above items are correct, and your logo still does not display as intended, it is likely that your hosting provider does not allow for the remote inclusion of images from a third-party. Often, this is done to prevent individuals from abusing their services, strictly for the purpose of hosting images for serving elsewhere. Check with your hosting provider to verify whether or not this restriction is in place.
